Construction 33 is a family owned business based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Established in 2009 on the Sunshine Coast, Tim Johnston moved from Melbourne after working as a Carpenter in the busy South Eastern Corridor for over 10 years. Servicing a lot of the bigger builders including Metricon homes (building display homes), Henley and Porter Davis, Tim gained a great deal of industry experience.

New houses, Unit developments, renovations, project management of houses out west and pool building followed with Tim’s move to the Sunshine Coast. The past 2 years Tim has built up a successful Concreting branch of his business. This came about due to the lack of concreting contractors that could provide the overall service package Tim was accustomed to.With a hand picked team of professional and skilled concreters with over 80 years of experience along with Tim’s building knowledge, Construction 33 Concreting has flourished into a successful company.

Construction 33 Concreting, services some of the bigger residential builders on the Coast including Devcon and Sunland homes as well as private homeowners. Construction 33 believes in helping out in the community and is a main sponsor for the Maroochydore AFL Football Club.
